“Call” option

Open

A “CALL” option is successful when the price of an asset at expiry date is above the price of the asset at the time of performing the operation. If the price is the same, the investment will be refunded.
“Put” option

Open

A “PUT” option is successful when the price of an asset at expiry date is below the price of the asset at the time of performing the operation. If the price is the same, the investment will be refunded.
Average price

Open

Average between bid an ask price. This price represents the real price of the market without differences between bid an ask price.
Binary options

Open

Binary options is a type of financial tool characterized by a strict predetermined payoff which depends on the asset’s price flowing towards the investor’s chosen direction at expiry time.
Buying price

Open

On financial markets, assets have a bid price, this is, the price at which an investor can buy an asset on financial markets. Bid price is part of a formula used to calculate the average price of an asset.
Commodities

Open

This is the term for “raw material”. Because these products have low aggregate value, their price is particularily sensible to changes in offer and demand, thus, its sensibility to changes in reigning economy is very sharp.
Current Rate

Open

The current rate describes the active market price for a tradable asset.
Expiry price

Open

The price of an asset at expiry time.

Date and time at which the binary option expires and the investment is executed.
In the money

Open

This is the term for an option which is being successful for the investor.
Indices

Open

Indices are weighted mean of companies’ stocks. . Dow Jones and NASDAQ are among them.
One Touch

Open

Available only during weekends. Its main characteristic is its long-term profile. Investors are given a selection of assets to invest in; if during next week the price “touches” the stated price even once, te option pays the respective profit. If the price is not reached, the initial investment is lost.
Out of the money

Open

This is the term for an option which is not being successful for the investor.

Open

Reuters is one of the world’s most important institutions in financial statistics data elaboration and processing. MinuteOption uses Reuters feed to power its platform.
Stocks

Open

Stocks represent parts in which a business’ capital is divided. They represent the percentage of ownership a person has over a company; the more the stocks the person has, the more percentage of the company’s utilities that person will possess.
